“Innovative on-farm storage solutions for cottonseed” video contest calls for popular vote to determine grand prize winner of truckload of cottonseed
Two of the nation’s dairy producers are vying for the chance to win a free truckload of whole cottonseed – the grand prize of Cotton Incorporated’s video contest, “Innovative on-farm storage solutions for cottonseed.” The contest winner will be determined by public vote, with voting open now through January 31, 2011, via Cotton Incorporated’s new website, WholeCottonseed.com.
The video contest challenged dairy producers to show their cottonseed storage savvy, in an effort to educate their peers about innovative and cost-effective storage solutions for the fuzzy feedstuff. The two finalist videos, created by Jenifer O. of Brownsville, Wisconsin, and Case V. of Amherst, Texas, are featured on Cotton Incorporated’s Whole Cottonseed contest page, where the public can vote for their favorite.
Voters have their own chance to win in the aligning “Innovative on-farm storage solutions for cottonseed video contest voters sweepstakes.” Voters may cast votes once per 24-hour period; each vote increases their odds of winning one of the five (5) Kodak ZX1 Pocket Video Cameras.
Both video contest finalists received a $500 Visa® gift card, a Kodak® flip camera and digital picture frame. The grand prize winner, determined by popular vote, will receive a truckload of cottonseed worth approximately $5,000, and will be featured on www.wholecottonseed.com.
